Ferrari dismiss Kimi speculation

The Formula One driver merry-go-round is in full swing at the moment, but Ferrari are determined to stay clear of it.

Felipe Massa's contract with the Scuderia runs out at the end of the current season while Mark Webber's impending retirement from Formula One has also left Red Bull with a vacant seat for 2014.
Although the Italian outfit have assured Massa that they "have a lot of confidence" in him and are in "no hurry" to decide their line-up, things have taken a twist in recent days.
Former Ferrari driver Kimi Raikkonen, who is also on the shortlist to replace Webber at Red Bull next year, was linked with a move back to the team by German tabloid Bild.
However, a team spokesperson told dpa that Ferrari "has no interest in the driver market right now".
Adding: "For all those who may have a short memory: just a year ago everyone came with a list of drivers who could replace Felipe."
To spice things up further Fernando Alonso, whose contract with Ferrari runs until 2016, has now also been touted as a possible replacement for Webber and his relationship with Ferrari has been frosty of late.
The two-time World Champion's manager Luis Garcia Abad met with Red Bull team boss Christian Horner in Hungary while Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo wrapped him over the knuckles after he criticised the team at Budapest.
